How the scores are built
Tokens carry three lenses — Safety, Activity and Liquidity. Pools carry two — Health and Safety. Every grade comes from validated ledger state and real market data, with a “Why this score?” breakdown on each page. Where an input can't be verified it is shown as unverified instead of guessed.
